There are many different ways and formulas to live a healthy lifestyle and to get stronger. My approach to strength training is not a one-way road. Everyone has different goals, schedules, limitations, and injuries to factor in. The goal for me is to adapt and apply according to your schedule, goals, and needs. I will formulate a plan that is personalized to your goal to ensure that you succeed. In some cases, adjustments may have to be made but rest assured – the goal will be reached! This isn’t a basic formula. It is beyond the basics!
