There are many different ways and formulas to live a healthy lifestyle and to get stronger. My approach to strength training is not a one-way road. Everyone has different goals, schedules, limitations, and injuries to factor in. The goal for me is to adapt and apply according to your schedule, goals, and needs. I will formulate a plan that is personalized to your goal to ensure that you succeed. In some cases, adjustments may have to be made but rest assured – the goal will be reached! This isn’t a basic formula. It is beyond the basics!

I live in a building with a gym, and wanted to find a fitness trainer to show me how to safely use appropriate equipment at my gym and develop an exercise routine for me that I could safely navigate on my own. Jerome is a highly skilled and knowledgeable personal trainer who takes the time to understand each client’s unique needs and tailor training programs to achieve maximum results. I had pre-existing issues with my neck, shoulder and knee. I was looking to strengthen my knee and gradually work my way towards using weights for strength training. I worked with several personal trainers prior to Jerome but they lacked the expertise to customize exercises based on my condition, response and pain levels. Also the workouts sometimes made my condition worse. I was fortunate to find Jerome. Jerome has extensive knowledge of injuries and always provides safe, effective, and challenging workouts taking your physical constraints into consideration. I’ve been working with Jerome for the past year and he has been great. He’s very accommodating to my chaotic schedule, which is always much appreciated! I had lower back issues which I needed PT for before starting to work with him which I was told I would need to strengthen muscles; he’s really helped me make progress. He uses the equipment available to him in your gym to tailor workouts. His incorporation of stretching and mobility has also been beneficial! I would recommend Jerome to anyone looking to get into strength training!
