Best Workout Split?!

Countless times people come up with new and improved workout splits that are “efficient and effective“.

Workout splits can be things such as PPL (push/pull/legs), upper/lower, full body, or the bro-split (chest, back, shoulders, arms, and legs).

I’m sure there are many different splits than the ones that I mentioned. But do you truly want to know the BEST workout split out of all?

The best split is the one that you can stick with the most consistently. Now that may sound like a no-brainer, but it is true. Many people often struggle with showing up to the gym and training on a consistent basis.

I like to say, aim for consistency – not perfection.
