Does drinking coffee ruin your health?

A large study back in 2017 says otherwise. (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29167102/)

To simply break it down, people who drink three to four cups of coffee a day are twenty percent less likely to have cancer or heart disease. That is in comparison to those who do not drink coffee.

Coffee is more than just caffeine. It provides plenty of antioxidants, dietary fiber, and known for its laxative effects. On a side note, it is important to note that it is recommended to not drink coffee before bed as it may effect the quality of your sleep.  Sleep is important when it comes to not only building muscle but from a health/productivity standpoint.

Best time to drink coffee is in the morning to avoid interference with sleep!

Bottom line:  Enjoy your morning coffee!
