What do you offer?

As a certified transformation specialist and sports and nutrition coach – I offer one-on-one personalized strength/weight training with form correction, mobility/stretching programming, cardiovascular training, personal macronutrient breakdown, nutritional/supplementation advice, weigh-ins every 2 weeks, and daily check-ins.

What are your price rates?

The session rates vary depending on the frequency. The rates can vary from $60 – $75. With the certifications and experience I have working with countless clients from my own business and from upscale companies such as Hi-Rise to a local private gym in Hoboken – I believe I have the skillset/experience to help!

How long is each session?

Each one-on-one session will last one-hour total and followed up with cardio that you will perform on your own after our session is complete. I have broken down the session into a 45/15/20-30 split.

What is a 45/15/20-30 split?

45 minutes – Strength/Weight Training 15 minutes – Abs/Mobility/Stretching Routine 20-30 minutes – Cardiovascular Training (which I will recommend depending on your activity level outside of the gym) **Cardio must be done on your own after the session!**

Do you provide off-day instruction on days we don’t meet?

Yes, off-day instruction is provided if requested.

Pricing and Bundles?

My bundles are offered from a month-to-month basis. The reason being is, there were past issues with clients wanting to purchase ahead of time and shortly having to travel away for a lengthened period of time causing some backend issues on my end. Going from month-to-month will ensure that we will not be far behind on sessions in case traveling or sick times occur in the future.

How about session cancellations?

I try to be as flexible as I can when it comes to cancellations. I would prefer a 24-hour cancellation notice but there are times where a client can cancel an hour before the session starts due to work-related, medical issues, or emergencies. In that case, any notice that is sent an hour or greater before the session will be considered an early cancellation and your session will be saved for the future. Although, please keep in mind as I do take the time to travel over to you, if I am notified less than an hour’s time before the session cancellation, it will be a lost session.

How long do my sessions last before they expire?

You have 6-months from the date you have purchased the first-month of sessions before they expire. (You will be able to view the dates through a session tracker that will
be emailed to you.)

What app do you use to accept forms of payment?

You can purchase sessions directly through the site or I also accept Zelle, Venmo, or Paypal!

What if I am traveling and can't schedule a session?

No problem! We will resume your sessions whenever you arrive back.

No problem! We can try to find a time that works best for you and I will do my best to accomodate.
