Here is how you can optimize your health and benefit from applying these hacks into your everyday life!

  1. Brain Fog – Experiencing brain fog throughout the day and struggling to get work done? Try eating quality protein sources such as grass fed red meat or eggs. It will control your blood sugar levels and provide additional vitamins to your brain!
